COVID POLICY – Updated January 12, 2022
We are committed to the safety of our attendees during the ongoing pandemic. The City of New Orleans has specific COVID-19 guidelines for private events, meetings and indoor entertainment.
All individuals attending indoor gatherings at event spaces are required to show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination or valid evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to the event date.
There will be no testing site at the facility. The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center will enforce the above regulations without exception.
All individuals over the age of 2 and without breathing complications (i.e., use of oxygen) are subject to an indoor mask requirement and are required to wear a face covering over the nose and mouth at all times when at indoor spaces outside of the household, unless actively eating or drinking.
