House Bill 246 of the 2018 Regular Session, which authorizes the Commissioner of Insurance to apply for a 1332 Innovation Waiver

House Bill 472 of the 2018 Regular Session, which creates the Louisiana Health Reinsurance Association and authorizes the levying of a fee assessment to fund the 1332 Innovation Waiver
