Prelicensing Education Information
Information for ProducersUnder Louisiana law an individual is required to take prelicensing courses prior to scheduling and sitting for an examination for a producer license for certain lines of insurance. The candidate must sit for and pass the examination within one year for completion of the prelicensing course.
